Food writer, Japanese cooking instructor, and Soba-maker Sonoko Sakai will familiarize attendees with the proper techniques for preparing the traditional chilled buckwheat noodle, culminating in a comparison taste test between the fresh handmade product and an off-the-shelf brand.
