About Cumbiatón:

Founded by DJ Sizzle Fantastic and Normz la Oaxaqueña, Cumbiatón has rooted itself in the beautiful barrio of Boyle Heights, CA and has branched out to cities like San Francisco, Seattle, and New York. Cumbiaton’s vision in all 4 cities is to center womxn, trans, and queer people of color both on the dance floor and in the DJ booth.

About Mariposas Del Alma:
The Meza sisters from Oakland CA, sing soulful renditions of a timeless classic in the fun style of Cumbia. They also write all original songs with the help of Discos Resaca Collective.

About Nayden:

Born and Raised in San Diego, CA. Nayden as a kid, was always involved in dance, music and performing, listening to Beyonce, Missy Elliott, Lady Gaga and Tejano Singer, Selena Quintanilla. 
Growing up Queer, in a religious, Mexican household Nayden would listen to music to escape reality and dream. To deal with issues at home and with bullies at school, Nayden began writing. Developing a knack for rhymes and lyrics, he began to record small raps here and there. 
In 2019 he uploaded his first single, Tropical, onto iTunes. Since then, he's released 3 more singles. With the newest release of Jungle, Nayden's ability to create feel good, dance music intended for the LGBTQIA+ Community will make him a standout act.
