Venezuelan-born maestro Carlos Izcaray leads this concert launching Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra's 50th Anniversary Season, with works spanning its diverse repertoire. Izcaray will provide commentary in English and Spanish, and two top students from the Colburn School will be featured: 14-year-old Community School student Kevin Miura on violin and 22-year-old Conservatory of Music student Cristina Mateo Sáez on clarinet.
