An inspirational panel discussion led by Bonnie Oda Homsey in partnership with the LA Dance Foundation, “When Moons Become Stars,” focuses on five famous indigenous ballerinas – Maria and Marjorie Tallchief, Rosella Hightower, Yvonne Chouteau, Moscelyne Larkin – who captivated the world when they emerged from Oklahoma and danced their way to becoming international prima ballerinas.
