Cecilia Appleton is the founder and choreographer for Contradanza. Her company's edict is to produce experimental works that have a direct link to the everyday language of the human body. Contempodanza's heart and soul are choreographer Cecilia Lugo. Her Mexico City-based dance troupe is known for works that are seductive, passionate and always surprising.
